Totally Tropical Yoghurt Breakfast Bowl

Perfect for when you're stuck at home and craving those sunny warm holiday mornings, this totally tropical yoghurt breakfast bowl will brighten your mood and have you singing before work. It's fresh, funky and fabulous (just like you obvs!)

Not just for the mornings

If I'm feeling particularly ravenous, I tend to make this for puddings too. Not only is it super healthy, but you're happy just by looking at the bowl. You can go mix up the fruit if you wish, but I think it's fun keeping the tropical vibe blending together (along with the banana just to keep you full for longer!) And because we're in a.fun mood I'll give you another tip - this combination works just as well on top of warm porridge too!

Totally Tropical Yoghurt Breakfast Bowl

A tropical breakfast to make you dream of sunny mornings and holidays away, whilst keeping your stomach happy and satisfied at the same time.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp peach yoghurt (I LOVE Alpro's vegan fruit yoghurt range!)
  • 1 peach, quartered
  • Handful of strawberries
  • 1 banana, chopped into rings
  • 1-2 tbsp granola
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • Additional: goji berries, peach juice (to mix into the yoghurt), 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, place the chopped fruit together and add the yoghurt to the side. (If you are using the peach juice, just mix the peach juice and yoghurt together first!).
  2. Sprinkle over the granola and any additional toppings and finish with a drizzle of almond butter.
