When I was taking photographs of these bowls for this blog post, I deliberately didn't build it up as much as I usually do because I really wanted to emphasise just how tasty this breakfast bowl is, by itself, with just fruit, yoghurt, compote and a sprinkling of seeds. I have to be completely honest and admit to my regular habit of making it super messy, as I add lots of almond butter and granola, but it doesn't really need it if you are wanting a lighter breakfast.
People always ask me for quick and delicious breakfasts and I am not afraid to admit that I have more than delivered here (in fact, all of my yoghurt breakfast bowls have the same hold on my heart!). I particularly love this bowl, with the warm compote, the fruity blend and the crunch of the pumpkin seeds, but you can make it however you like. These bowls are designed to be quick, fun and just stupidly good - and ready in less than 10 minutes. What are you waiting for?
