Ingredients
- 3 tbsp strawberry yoghurt (IĀ LOVEĀ Alpro's fruity yoghurt range!)
- Generous handful of blueberries
- 1 pear, chopped
- 1 banana, chopped (into rings)
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax, chia)
- 1 tbsp granola
- Additional: tbsp of almond or peanut butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, place the banana, pear and blueberries and add the yoghurt to the side.
- Sprinkle over the mixed seeds and granola.
- Serve with a drizzle of nut butter and eat immediately!
