Chocolate & Almond Banana Bites

Ingredients
- 3 large bananas, sliced into rings
- 2 tbsp almond butter (preferably smooth)
- 70g dark chocolate
Instructions
- In the microwave, or in a bowl over some boiling water, melt the dark chocolate until it is completely smooth.
- Lay the banana slices on a flat baking tray (you may need two!) over some parchment paper. Drizzle over the almond butter and melted chocolate and place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate has hardened slightly.
- Leave outside to warm for a couple of minutes and enjoy.
