Black Forest Protein Smoothie Bowls
Perfect for mornings on the go or as a lighter breakfast after hitting the gym, these Black Forest Protein Smoothie Bowls are creamy, fruity and satisfying - with that naughty hint of chocolate!!

Ingredients
- 150g blackberries
- 150g blueberries
- 200g cherries
- 50g raspberries
- 100g chocolate protein powder (I use MyProtein's Vegan Pea Blend)
- 2 tbsp cacao powder (or 3-4- if you're using cocoa powder)
- 3 tsp almond extract
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the blackberries, blueberries, cherries and raspberries together until they are pulsed down and blended together.
- Add in the chocolate protein powder, cacao powder, almond extract and almond butter and mix until is everything is combined. (The mixture should be relatively thick but creamy.)
- Spoon the smoothie into bowls and top with a tablespoon of the greek yoghurt, adding any additional cherries or a naughty sprinkling of grated dark chocolate if you wish.
